1. Scope of Inspection

Impartio provides a limited, non-invasive exterior visual evaluation of the property using drone technology. The inspection covers observable exterior conditions including roof surface, structure hardening features, defensible space, and general exterior observations as described in the Impartio Inspection Report.

2. Access & Coverage Limitations

Impartio conducts inspections using unmanned aerial systems (drones). While we make every reasonable effort to capture a complete exterior assessment, the following limitations apply and are accepted as part of this agreement:

• Obstructed or restricted areas: Certain sections of a property may be inaccessible to the drone due to physical obstructions such as trees, overhangs, adjacent structures, power lines, or other obstacles. Areas that cannot be safely reached by the drone will be noted in the report as not observed.
• Supplemental ground-level documentation: In cases where aerial access is limited or where specific features require closer documentation, the inspector may capture photographs or video manually from ground level or other accessible vantage points. These images are subject to the same scope and limitations as aerial media.
• No guarantee of complete coverage: Due to the nature of aerial inspection, not every surface, component, or feature of the property may be observable. This inspection is not a comprehensive structural survey and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a full professional property inspection.

Impartio will make reasonable best efforts to document all observable exterior conditions. Limitations encountered during the inspection will be disclosed in the report.

4. Authorization

By signing below, you confirm that you are the property owner or an authorized agent of the property owner, and that you authorize Impartio to conduct a drone inspection of the exterior of the property listed above. You confirm that drone operations over the property are permitted and that you have the authority to grant such access. You further acknowledge that Impartio may engage licensed independent contractors to perform the drone flight and media capture on its behalf. All contractors are bound by the same scope, confidentiality, and media use terms set forth in this agreement.

5. Inspection Media

Drone photographs and video footage collected during the inspection will be made available to you via a download link included in your report. You are responsible for downloading all media prior to the expiration date noted in the delivery email. Files will no longer be accessible after that date. Media is used solely to generate your inspection report and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Inspection media may also be used internally by Impartio for non-marketing purposes, including to train, evaluate, and improve our proprietary inspection models and AI-assisted analysis tools. All such use is anonymized with respect to personally identifiable information and no media will be attributed to you or your property in any published or external context.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inspector’s total liability shall not exceed the inspection fee paid. Impartio is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the inspection or the report. The report reflects observable conditions at the time of inspection only and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any kind.

7. Report Delivery

Your PDF inspection report will be delivered to the email address provided, subject to weather and scheduling conditions.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your inspection without penalty prior to the scheduled inspection date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee at Impartio’s discretion.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
