General Exterior Review

What you'll get: A professional aerial exterior assessment covering roof surface, flashing, gutters, exterior walls, vents, deck condition, and general observations — plus wildfire readiness observations.
Roof Surface Condition

Aerial assessment of overall roof condition, visible missing or damaged shingles/tiles, and roof flashing at ridges, valleys, and edges.

General Exterior Observations

Gutter debris and leaf accumulation, exterior wall condition including visible cracks or damage — documented with drone photography.

Inspection Media Access

All drone photos and videos provided with a download link. Download before expiration — files will not be accessible after that date.

Non-Invasive Assessment This is a limited, non-invasive aerial visual evaluation. No destructive testing, structural analysis, building code evaluation, or CA Civil Code §1102 Real Estate Transfer Disclosure.

Wildfire Readiness Review

Included in every California inspection. Observations on defensible space and structure hardening aligned with the CA Dept. of Insurance Safer from Wildfires program guidelines, with a Wildfire Readiness Summary.
Defensible Space Evaluation

Visual aerial assessment of Zone 0 (0–5 ft non-combustible perimeter), Zone 1 (5–30 ft clearance), and Zone 2 (30–100 ft vegetation management).

Report Section 04
Structure Hardening Assessment

Evaluation of ember-resistant vents, enclosed eaves, 6-inch base wall clearance, and deck/patio materials — the primary defenses against ember and flame intrusion.

Report Section 03
Wildfire Readiness Summary

Summary of observations across Sections 03 and 04 documenting which Safer from Wildfires guideline items were observed as satisfactory and which may need attention.

Summary of Findings & Recommendations

Overall condition assessment and prioritized recommendations for reducing wildfire exposure based on drone-observed conditions.

Defensible Space Zones (CA PRC §4291) Zone 0 (0–5 ft): Non-combustible perimeter. Zone 1 (5–30 ft): Tree and shrub thinning. Zone 2 (30–100 ft): Vegetation management. Assessment is visual/aerial only — does not certify compliance.
Structure Hardening Features Ember-resistant vents, enclosed eaves, Class A roofing, non-combustible decks, and sealed gaps — each assessed and documented in the report.
